Warranty:
We offer a solid 12 month warranty with every product, unless otherwise stated in the item description, from date of purchase. Depending on the problem with the product we may fix or replace immediately for you and send it straight back to you. In cases of where the product needs to be sent back to the factory or a technician is require for onsite inspection and the fault is due to 'users mishandling' we forward any freight costs, repair costs and technicain service/labour fee's to the customer, regardless of warranty status. In this same situation and the product is faulty and under warranty we will pay all costs involved and return the product to you asap. Please be aware there can be up to a several weeks wait in some cases for warranty claims from overseas factories to be honoured. All warranty claims must be made with in the warranty period and must be accompanied with an RA form to be valid .

 

 

Chameleon Security Services shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Chameleon Security Services has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a Chameleon Security Services product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Chameleon Security Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Chameleon Security Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Chameleon Security Services shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
