Our Alarm Monitoring Centre will monitor and action all events sent by your alarm system and if neccessary Unschedualed Opennings or Late to Close events, as per your pre-writen instructions 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This monitoring plan is for all alarm systems using the GPRS Network as the primary/backup communication pathway. Our systems poll with your alarm every 60 minutes to ensure communication is possible from your alarm, if a signal is not received, this is treated as an alarm event and your pre-written instructions will be followed as to what course of action is to be taken next. The GPRS SIM Card and data usage is supplied by Chameleon Security Services, this is included in the quarterly monitoring fee. (Up to 2 partitions per system).
