Our Alarm Monitoring Centre will monitor and action all events sent by your alarm system and if neccessary Unschedualed Opennings or Late to Close events, as per your pre-writen instructions 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This monitoring plan is for all alarm systems using an Internet connection as the primary/backup communication pathway. Our systems poll with your alarm every 60 minutes to ensure communication is possible from your alarm, if a signal is not received, this is treated as an alarm event and your pre-written instructions will be followed as to what course of action is to be taken next. (Up to 2 partitions per system)
