This is just a quick note to let you know how glad I am that I went with you guys at Chameleon Security for my home alarm system. I thought it was great that I was able to get an upfront quote on a custom alarm system directly from your website, and from there it was easy to put through the order online. I also appreciated that, even though I put the order through online, I didn't have to pay for it until after the installation was completed. Not to mention the fact that your price for the Bosch Solution 16 Plus system was significantly cheaper than all the other places I looked at!
I was very impressed with the installation too. Shane came to install it within two business days of placing the order, and he arrived exactly at the time of day agreed upon. He was friendly, happy to answer any questions, and demonstrated a real attention to detail and commitment to doing a quality job. He not only made sure the system worked well, but also that it was installed neatly and looked good within the house.

necessary information for the best setup. The installation went
smoothly, Shane answered every question we had and demonstrated
an excellent content knowledge. Our home was even left cleaned

Placing an

website was very very straight forward and very simple to use. The
price's were very competitive compared to many other security installation
companies. After the system was ordered, speaking with Shane and
arranging a time for installation was very simple and painless.
After the system was installed, the installer, Shane, cleaned up after
himself and practically left no trace of him ever being in the premises,
which i was very pleased about. After all the testing and configuration
was complete, Shane made an effort to come back to the premises to
complete the final part of the installation, which was programming it up to
the telephone system for self monitoring.
I am very pleased with this system, the Solution 16 Plus. It does
everything i require it to do, and the "Partial" arming feature
of the system is fantastic. The support after hours and after service and
installation is also well above standards.

I cannot recommend Shane and Chameleon Security Services more highly,
nor thank him enough for his excellent, friendly approach and personal
service in the installation of our alarm system, particularly at a time
when I was extremely worried about my personal safety and that of my
family after a stalking incident. Shane was very punctual and worked
non-stop throughout a Sunday to install a system that would both meet
our needs and be cost effective. The time from when I placed the order
on line, to installation, was only 2 days. Customer service and
follow-up has been excellent. The whole experience has exceeded our
expectations.
